At 625 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated that some streams were still rising within the warned area. Specifically, Buffalo Creek at Murat had increased by about 16 inches over the past 90 minutes and was still rising. While rain was not falling in the warned area currently, additional rainfall, potentially heavy, is possible later this evening.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
