* IMPACTS...
Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings may be inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 120 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated runoff from earlier heavy rainfall causing minor flooding along Abbotts creek.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Southern High Point, Lexington, southern Thomasville, and portions of High Rock Lake.
