For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 8 below. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 7 below expected. For the third Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 7 below expected. * WHERE... In Ohio, Morgan and Washington Counties. In West Virginia, Taylor, Doddridge, Harrison, Pleasants, Ritchie, Tyler, and Wood Counties. * WHEN... For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 3 PM EST this afternoon. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Tuesday. For the third Cold Weather Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS... Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.  |
