The Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Muskingum and Tuscarawas, southwest Pennsylvania, including the following area, Beaver, and northern West Virginia, including the following area, Hancock.
The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at noon EDT today.
