Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania... South Central Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Indiana County in west central Pennsylvania... Southern Beaver County in western Pennsylvania... Brooke County in northern West Virginia... Hancock County in northern West Virginia... Ohio County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN... Until 715 AM EDT. * IMPACTS... Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 404 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated an area of moderate rainfall across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Gauges indicate stream levels are elevated across the area. Wheeling Creek at Blaine could exceed flood stage. A campground near Wolfdale in Washington county also reported flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
