Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 404 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated an area of moderate rainfall across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.2 inches of rain have fallen. - Gauges indicate stream levels are elevated across the area. Wheeling Creek at Blaine could exceed flood stage.
