Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...
A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier.

* WHEN...
Until 815 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 509 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
North Fork Cherry River, McMillion Creek, Cold Knob Fork, Improvement Branch, Laurel Creek, Fitzwater Branch, Old Field Branch, Dry Run, Big Clear Creek, Elijah Branch, Beech Run, Panther Camp Creek, Robbins Run and Little Laurel Creek.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
