Flash Flood Warning issued July 13 at 1:50AM EDT until July 13 at 3:15AM EDT by NWS Blacksburg VA
At 150 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain has decreased across the warned area, with only light rain currently falling.
However, between 2.5 and locally 4 inches of rain have fallen since 11 PM on Sunday. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in areas near the upper Reddies River and Lewis Fork Creek basins.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
