Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. Visibility less than one half mile at times.

* WHERE...
In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany County. In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Mineral County.
This includes Interstate 68, and Highways 48, 50, and 250.

* WHEN...
From midnight tonight to 3 PM EST Thursday. The steadiest snow and strongest winds are most likely between 4 AM and 11 AM.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines, resulting in power outages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Snowfall rates of around 1 inch per hour are possible at times early Thursday morning.
