A cluster of heavy showers producing rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will continue to shift slowly to the east southeast this evening.
Locations impacted include...
Gassaway, Arnoldsburg, Big Otter, Rock Cave, Cedar Creek State Park, Burnsville, Flatwoods, Sand Fork, Nebo, Shock, Millstone, Rosedale, Left Hand, Ireland, Stumptown, French Creek, Wilsie, Harmony, Tariff, and Stouts Mills.
This includes Interstate 79 between mile markers 30 and 31, between mile markers 35 and 39, between mile markers 41 and 45, and between mile markers 68 and 88.
Heavy rain may cause ponding of water on roadways and flooding in low-lying areas.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
