Welch, Pineville, Mullens, Oceana, Gary, War, Northfork, Hanover, R.d. Bailey Lake, Gilbert Creek, Paw Paw, Gilbert, Davy, Bradshaw, Iaeger, Keystone, Anawalt, Kimball, Coal Mountain and Jolo.
Heavy rain moving through the area this evening may cause ponding of water on roadways, flooding in low-lying areas, and minor flooding adjacent to creeks and streams.
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to travel across flooded roads. Find alternate routes. It takes only a few inches of swiftly flowing water to carry vehicles away.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
