Streams continue to run very high due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Some low-water crossings remain inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1017 PM EDT, stream gauge reports indicated high water due to runoff from earlier heavy rainfall. Minor flooding is ongoing in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
High Point, Lexington, Thomasville, Welcome and High Rock Lake.
