At 139 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Rosemount to near Letitia. Movement was northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Portsmouth, Ironton, Jackson, Coal Grove, Oak Hill, Lake Vesuvius, New Boston, Greenup, Load, Letitia, Franklin Furnace, Flatwoods, Russell, Vernon, Raceland, Worthington, South Shore, Wurtland, Hanging Rock and Brushart.
