* At 132 AM EDT, emergency management and public safety officials report flooded roads in Moore County. Between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. While the rain has ended, creeks and streams will remain high overnight and lingering flood waters will be slow to recede. Use caution when traveling tonight as it is difficult to identify the dangers of flooding at night.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
