Between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. While the rain has ended, creeks and streams will remain high overnight and lingering flood waters will be slow to recede. Use caution when traveling tonight as it is difficult to identify the dangers of flooding at night. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
