Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 149 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has exited the area, with as much as 1 inch of rain having fallen between 12 pm and 1 pm. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
