From 7 AM Thursday to 7 AM EST Friday.

The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Strong winds may result in downed trees limbs and power lines, resulting in power outages. Have a plan to stay warm in the event of a power outage; do not use generators indoors.
