At 1216 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line from 7 miles south of Shippingport to 6 miles northwest of Freeport, or along a line from 10 miles southeast of East Liverpool to 6 miles northwest of Freeport, moving south at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts up to 30 mph.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes.
