Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rounds of showers and thunderstorms will develop today. The combination of new showers and thunderstorms and a very saturated ground may lead to new flash flooding through late tonight.
