At 8.5 feet, Travel around the ECU campus becomes increasingly difficult with several main roads closed. Charles Boulevard is impassable near the stream, as well as the end of Ficklen Drive. Water may also cover portions of Evans Road and 14th street. Some structures along 10th Street are threatened.
Water also reaches portions of nearby Lower Minges parking lot, and the ECU College Hill parking lot is inundated by several feet of water.
