At 244 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Gill, or 12 miles south of Hamlin, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Madison, Chapmanville, Ranger, Gill, Spurlockville, Harts, Julian, Danville, Turtle Creek, Woodville, Palermo, Sharples, Alkol, Mud, and Jeffrey.
This includes Route 119 between mile markers 35 and 62.
