Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues with the potential for isolated rock falls and landslides.

* WHERE...
Portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Lewis, Randolph and Upshur.

* WHEN...
Until 1000 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams and rivers continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Isolated rock falls and landslides remain possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 347 AM EST, Several creeks and rivers are near or over flood stage, some of which were still rising. Additionally, high water continues to impact some roads across the warned area.

Buckhannon, Philippi, Sutton, Audra State Park, Belington, Gassaway, Rock Cave, Junior, Burnsville, Flatwoods, French Creek, Lorentz, Horner, Walkersville, Tallmansville, Overhill, Ireland, Hodgesville, Century and Ellamore.
