The Flood Warning will expire at 8 AM EDT this morning for portions of south central and west central Virginia, including the following areas, in south central Virginia, Pittsylvania. In west central Virginia, Franklin.
Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
