HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, frequent lightning, and locally heavy rainfall. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Bittinger, Grantsville, Friendsville, Accident, Franklin, Luke, Merrill, Jennings, Keysers Ridge, Mineral Spring, Deep Creek Lake State Park, Swallow Falls State Park, McHenry, Selbysport, Big Run State Park, New Germany, Piney Grove, McComas Beach, and Warnocks.
