* At 1037 PM EDT, emergency management and the public reported flash flooding and widespread road closures across the warned area.
Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. While most heavy rainfall has come to an end, widespread Flash flooding is still occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
