The Flood Advisory will expire at 315 AM EDT early this morning for portions of North Carolina, including the following areas, Caswell, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry and Yadkin and Virginia, including the following areas and independent cities, Carroll, Charlotte, City of Danville, City of Martinsville, Halifax, Henry, Patrick and Pittsylvania.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
