At 1041 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line from 11 miles north of Shanor-Northvue to near Carrollton, or along a line from 14 miles north of Butler to near Carrollton, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts up to 35 mph.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes.
