At 1133 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Webster Springs, moving east at 85 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Cass Scenic Railroad, Greenbank, Webster Springs, Addison (Webster Springs), Mill Creek, Snowshoe, Holly River State Park, Mingo, Cowen, Durbin, Huttonsville, Arbovale, Cheat Bridge, Eden, Upper Glade, Helvetia, Pickens, Cleveland, Waneta, and Boyer.
