In Maryland, Allegany County. In West Virginia, Grant, Mineral, and Pendleton Counties. The highest winds are most likely along and east of taller ridgetops.

* WHEN...
From 10 AM Thursday to 6 AM EST Friday. The strongest winds are most likely in two rounds: one around midday into early Thursday afternoon, and another one Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...
Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
