Until 1030 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 423 PM EDT, the Department of Transportation reported heavy rainfall in the warned area resulting in some road closures.
Flooding continues. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Gauges indicate stream levels are elevated across the area.
Wheeling Creek at Blaine could exceed flood stage. A campground near Wolfdale in Washington county also reported flooding.
