Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 852 PM EDT, emergency management reported numerous high water issues across the warned area due to prior heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain fell earlier. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Grafton, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Stonewood, Anmoore, Enterprise, Flemington, McGee, Meadland, Rosemont, Tygart Lake State Park, Knottsville, Thornton and Despard. - This includes the following highways...
