Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lawrence, southeast Ohio, including the following county, Lawrence, and West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Cabell, Clay, Jackson, Kanawha, Lincoln, Mason, Putnam, Roane and Wayne.

* WHEN...
Until 730 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1247 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.

Charleston, Huntington, Ashland, Nitro, Grayson, Louisa, Winfield, Coal Grove, Olive Hill, Wayne, Hamlin, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Clay, Blaine, Beech Fork State Park, Cannonsburg, Yatesville Lake State Park, Grayson Lake State Park and Carter Caves State Park.
