Visibility dropping to a half mile or less.
Up to 1 inch of quick snow accumulation.

Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Elyria, Mansfield, Warren, Medina, Wooster, Ashland, Norwalk, Meadville, Ravenna, Parma, Cuyahoga Falls, Strongsville, Boardman, Brunswick, Massillon, and North Royalton.
