Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 749 PM EDT, Automated gauges indicated water issues on larger creeks and streams, including Duck Creek and Middle Island Creek. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marietta, Middlebourne, Williamstown, Paden City, Shinnston, Salem, Sistersville, Pennsboro, Lumberport, West Union, Enterprise, Matamoras, Lowell, Macksburg, Pullman, Friendly, Lower Salem, Mountain, Alma and New Matamoras.
