At 156 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Gallipolis to 7 miles east of Lake Vesuvius to near Denton. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Power outages, and falling trees will also be possible.

Charleston, Huntington, Ashland, Ironton, Nitro, Point Pleasant, Grayson, Gallipolis, Winfield, Coal Grove, Wayne, Hamlin, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Beech Fork State Park, Cannonsburg, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, and Dunbar.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 106 and 135.
Interstate 64 in Kentucky between mile markers 176 and 191.
Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 54.
Route 119 between mile markers 66 and 67.
