In Virginia, Bland, Craig, Giles, Smyth, Tazewell, and Alleghany VA Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Greenbrier, Mercer, Monroe, and Summers Counties.

* WHEN...
For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 11 AM EST Tuesday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 10 PM Tuesday to noon EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...
The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
