Portions of Virginia, including the following counties, Alleghany VA, Botetourt, Craig, Montgomery and Roanoke and southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Monroe.

* WHEN...
Until 1145 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Some low-water crossings may become impassable. Water covering roads west of Fincastle has been reported.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 955 PM EDT, Heavy rain has ended, but minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
