At 16.0 feet, Widespread low land flooding adjacent to the river. Some farmland flooded across Pitt County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 9.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 15.5 feet early Wednesday morning.
It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
