Expect foggy conditions this morning, locally dense across southeast West Virginia, into the Mountain Empire of southwest Virginia. Visibilities will be a half mile or less in the dense fog. Be careful traveling, especially along I-81 between Bristol and Wytheville, I-77 between Wytheville and Beckley, and I-64 between Covington and Beckley. Visibilities should improve after 9am.
