At 804 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms near Midland, or 14 miles northeast of Monroe, moving south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Albemarle, Wadesboro, Troy, Ansonville, Plyler, Fairview In Union County, Polkton, Locust, Norwood, and Badin.
