From this afternoon through this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A slow moving frontal boundary combined with deep moisture will promote the threat of heavy rainfall. A swath of 2 to 4 inches of rain is possible in the watch area.
