The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of central, northern, and northwest Virginia, including the following areas, in central Virginia, Albemarle and Greene. In northern Virginia, Central and Southeast Prince William/Manassas/Manassas Park, Culpeper, Eastern Loudoun, Fairfax, Northern Fauquier, Northwest Prince William, Southern Fauquier, Stafford and Western Loudoun. In northwest Virginia, Clarke, Frederick VA, Madison, Northern Virginia Blue Ridge, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah and Warren.
The flash flooding threat is ending. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch will expire at 10 PM EDT this evening. However, isolated thunderstorms with heavy rain could cause localized poor drainage issues through around midnight.
