Until 2 AM EDT Friday.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Thunderstorms with torrential downpours may move repeatedly over the same locations, which could result in isolated to scattered instances of flash through late tonight.
