At 306 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Marmet, or 10 miles south of Charleston, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Charleston, Clay, Montgomery, Chesapeake, Marmet, Ansted, Belle, Cedar Grove, East Bank, Glasgow, Smithers, Gauley Bridge, Pratt, Powellton, Glen, Hawks Nest State Park, Coal Fork, Handley, Seth, and Dawes.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 96 and 97.
West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 71 and 95.
