Portions of western Maryland, including the following areas, Central and Eastern Allegany, Eastern Garrett, Extreme Western Allegany and Western Garrett, western Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Highland and Western Highland, and eastern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Eastern Pendleton, Hampshire, Hardy, Western Grant, Western Mineral and Western Pendleton.

Until 2 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy showers and thunderstorms are forecast to move across the area through this evening. Some areas could see 1 to 2 inches of rain. Areas that see multiple rounds of heavy rain could receive localized amounts of 3 to 4 inches.
