At 349 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Streetsboro to near Newton Falls, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Law enforcement. At 348 PM, a local public safety dispatch scanner reported a tree down across State Route 5 near Ravenna.
IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include...
Ravenna, Kent, Streetsboro, Edinburg, Windham, Brady Lake, Sugar Bush Knolls, and Wayland.
