South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

Portions of northeast, northern, and southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...
From 6 AM to 11 PM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs or damaged trees from last weeks storm could be blown down.
A few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Be careful to avoid areas where tree damage occurred from the storms last week as they will be more susceptible to falling.
