Until late Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...
At 38.0 feet, North Marshall Street in Bentwood, WV is closed with Rite-Aid, Taco Bell and KFC impacted.
At 40.0 feet, Some businesses in the North Plaza parking lot are affected.
At 41.0 feet, River rises to reach the railroad tracks in Moundsville in the 13th Street area.
At 42.0 feet, Water begins to affect Monarch Stadium and the Marshall County Fairgrounds. Ruby and Diamond Streets are closed.

- At 10:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 36.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 37.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 41.1 feet tomorrow evening.
