HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Middlebourne, Hebron, Arvilla, Wick, Maxwell and Schultz.
