* WHAT...
For the first Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch; ice accumulations of one to two tenths of an inch, with the highest amounts east of Keyser's Ridge in Garrett County. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...
In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...
For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 4 PM Sunday to 4 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow late Sunday into Monday could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Precipitation will start as a brief period of snow and/or sleet this morning. Precipitation will change over to freezing rain by afternoon, and then to plain rain tonight. On Sunday, a rapid freeze is possible as temperatures quickly drop during the afternoon and evening; visibility may be reduced to a quarter mile or less at times late Sunday afternoon through Monday resulting in near blizzard conditions.
