The Flood Advisory will expire at 10 PM EDT this evening for a portion of southwest Virginia, including the following areas and independent city, Carroll, City of Galax and Grayson.
The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
