Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of a tenth to two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

Southeast Randolph County.

* WHEN...
Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Tree damage and power outages are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
